Now we are no longer in the EU – what you must do

Now the UK has left the EU, you need to be aware about what happens next in regard to the way your data is processed. The work schools have been doing to comply with the GDPR, will continue to be relevant.

ICO and DfE both confirm that the use of data processors in the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway will carry on as normal during the Brexit transition period and that schools should continue their work of reviewing their data processors.
